Returns & Exchanges

MOWALOLA offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
